Iron Core Tools offers a 14-day Return Policy for all customers. You can request a return for most items within 14 days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent back to our USA warehouse.
How to Cancel an Order:
For canceled orders, we only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed and/or shipped, the order will not be processed under any cancellation request but under our 14-day Return Policy.
Order cancellation must be submitted via submitting a cancellation ticket. Requests made through other forms of contact, such as email, will not be accepted.
About our 14-Day Return Policy:
If you change your mind and would like to return the item to us under our 14-day Return Policy, you are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service to avoid any loss or dispute during return transit.
If your item is defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer’s fault, Iron Core Tools will arrange a courier pick-up service for you to return the item to us.
To request a return, please visit the page: “RMA (Return Material Arrangement),” fill in the form, and submit it.
The customer is fully responsible for the return of any item during transit. Iron Core Tools will not be liable for any return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.
To qualify for a return without any specific reason, the following conditions must be met:
– The item is bought from Iron Core Tools
– You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item
– You have received our authorization for your request
– The item is returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice
– The item is returned with the original packaging, in the same condition as received (including all accessories, materials, price tags, gifts, etc.)
– The item is returned to Iron Core Tools within 14 calendar days after return authorization
Due to health and hygiene considerations, personal and healthcare products (e.g., shavers, facial massagers), headphones, and earphones are excluded from our 14-day Return Policy.
About Refund:
Upon receiving your returned parcel, Iron Core Tools will issue a refund within 14 business days.
A refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. You will receive a refund notification email once the process is complete.
A full refund or replacement may be issued under the following conditions:
– The item is bought from Iron Core Tools
– You submitted the return request via an RMA ticket
– You received our authorization for the return
– You returned the item with a copy of your receipt/invoice
– You returned the item with the original packaging and in the condition as received (including all accessories, materials, price tags, gifts, etc.)
– The item was returned within 14 days of authorization
– The return reason is due to an Iron Core Tools-related issue
Further Notes on the Return Policy:
– You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories, and packaging to ensure they remain in their original and undamaged condition
– We reserve the right to refuse returns and deem items mishandled
– If a return is refused, the customer must pay return shipping fees to have the item sent back
– We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage during the return transit. Customers may use insured postage at their own expense
– For Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs), we only accept returns if:
- Five or more dead/bright pixels are visible in any position
- Three or more dead/bright pixels are within 3mm of each other
– If any item or accessory is missing from your parcel, we will resend the missing parts after the courier investigation
